Listing Agreement
BUSINESS LISTING AGREEMENT
Effective Date: October 10, 2026
This Business Listing Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Goldbull LLC, operating MyNashvilleGuide, and the business owner or authorized representative purchasing or submitting a business listing. By submitting a listing or purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Listing Services
MyNashvilleGuide provides online business listing and visibility services. Regular Business Listing is $30/month and Premium Business Listing is $70/month.
2. Regular Listing
A Regular Business Listing may include business information, category information, business description, contact details, website and social media links, photographs, map information, business hours and other listing features described on the Website.
3. Premium Listing
A Premium Business Listing includes the features of the Regular Listing and provides increased visibility within the applicable business category. Premium businesses may receive more prominent placement compared with Regular listings. Premium placement is not a guarantee of a specific position, impression count, traffic level, customer count, lead volume, search-engine ranking or revenue.
4. Business Authorization
You confirm that you own the business or are authorized to represent it; are authorized to submit the information; the information is accurate and current; you have permission to submit photographs, logos, trademarks, descriptions and other materials; and the submission does not knowingly violate another party’s rights.
5. Content License
You retain ownership of submitted content. You grant Goldbull LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, format and promote submitted content in connection with MyNashvilleGuide and its business listing services.
6. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for maintaining accurate business information. MyNashvilleGuide is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from information supplied by the business.
7. Listing Approval
All listings are subject to review. MyNashvilleGuide may reject, modify, suspend or remove a listing when reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity, legality or quality of the Website.
8. Monthly Subscription
The listing fee is charged monthly and automatically renews each month unless cancelled.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not necessarily result in a refund for a billing period already begun.
10. Business Compliance
You agree that your listing and business activities will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
11. Prohibited Content
Listings may not contain fraudulent information, misleading claims, defamatory content, illegal content, content infringing third-party rights, malware or content intended to abuse or manipulate the Website.
12. No Guaranteed Results
The purchase of a listing does not guarantee customer traffic, leads, sales, revenue, search-engine rankings, a particular listing position or a particular number of impressions.
13. Agreement Acceptance
Before completing a purchase, the purchaser must confirm: I confirm that I am the owner or authorized representative of this business; I confirm that the information and materials submitted are accurate and authorized for publication; I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Business Listing Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
